Regarding character_request, as far as I can tell they aren't named characters. Just generic ARKS people, likely player characters. The one with heterochromia I thought at first was a Deuman (race) but I'm fairly sure all Deumans have horns on their head.

They're also the only ones able to have heterochromia eyes, according to PSO2 anyway, during creation it's possible to make the horns small enough to be invisible/hidden within the bangs. So it's safest to say that she is a deuman. As for their hairs if it helps anyone, is the one on the left looks like, Kuro's from Fate/Stay(correct me if I'm wrong), and the one on the right is Sakuya's hair from Shining blade, Twin tailed version.
