It's not part of her outfit. I own the game she is from and she has no furry balls popping out of her butthole- trust me on that one.

the tail-ball thing IS part of her outfit, it's not easily recognizable on the 2D sprite (always facing toward the screen), but on the 3D maximum impact R-A series it's seen clearly as you can see her from behind. it's the source of the flames of her attack moves.
