Why do some of them have two letters instead of one?

Because it's a different metric used. To be honest, using cm is easier.

I don't understand how using one metric unit or another would assign someone two different cup sizes.

Cup sizes aren't the same from each country, American cup sizes are bigger than Japanese; example, a girl with B cup breasts would be probably around C or D in Japan.

If you're curious, cup size is determined by the difference between band size (measurement around the ribcage immediately below the breasts) and bust size (measurement around the bare breasts at their widest), one letter per unit of difference. Since there's 2.5cm in the inch, this means Japanese (and other metric countries) have cup sizes that increase 2.5 times quicker than American measurements.

The more you know.

Everyone avoiding the question of why there're two sizes listed while they copy info from wiki.

For the obvious reason that they said off of wiki. The Japanese consider 74 cm the cut off for size b, and Americans don't. So it's b for America and c for Japan. Then so on with 90+

@ Anon #1905096: I think what they're trying to say is that the second cup size is meant as a quick and easy reference for those who live in countries with different measuring systems. Of course, this possibility begs a few questions:

1: Why do only some of them have two while others do not?
2: Why does Sophitia have F and I? My research leads me to believe an American F is a Japanese H while a Japanese I is an American G. Typo maybe?
3: Artist confirmation is where?

Is that Amy all the way at the end over there?
...they didn't even give her a letter. Rude.
