1. This isn't a porn, it's an ecchi anime.
2. Mikako Izawa aka Mamori has been doing awesome considering this is her first main character role. I don't understand the hate she's getting from Western audiences.

Actually, yeah. In Japan there's little to know Virgin-chan hating going on. Over here tho I've seen lots of comments from people who are apparently bothered by her for various reasons. Hibiki has been getting some negative feedback too for being "dead weight" to Kasumi. I don't agree with that one either. Just like in Senran Kagura, I find everyone pretty likable.

^ It's cause they don't add anything but annoyance. Lady J and co. can at least take care of business on their own, but Mamori's uber moe-moe voice grated on my ears. And it doesn't help that everyone was expecting the first OVA to be the second coming of mecha Jesus, and it turned out to be a complete non-event with even less perversion on display than an actual episode. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around for BD's?

For some reason over here in the west there is a bunch of people who hate "weak" or non-fighter characters in an action story especially in the USA. Hibari and Minori from Senran Kagura get that treatment sometimes too.
In the end its just more of the same annoying vocal minority bitching that happens all the time on the internet.

Agreed, Anon 3. I just don't get why People expect every character on a show to be a fierceless ass-kicker. Insecure pacifistic characters like Mamori and playful, silly ones like Hibari and Minnow make for more diversity

I did not like her character at first, but her voice is cute. But after 8-10 eps I understood that is just shy, submissive and timid girl, she is just like me :) I am a boy though. I can not hate her.
