I urge you too look up the history of the Bible. It wasn't written to us, it was for people of a different culture 2000 years ago; so if you think you can read it and take it all literally, you are mistaken. The book of Genesis is not a how to create a universe handbook, it's allegories and metaphors that depict Jewish teachings.

What is the truth? Some things in the Bible are historically accurate but much of it is made up. It's not even a good text for moral guidance given all the horrendous shit in it.

^i don't think "much of it" is made up,it's the "not guilty until proven"case where nobody should throw prejudice if they can't prove it.
as for moral guidance,there is reasons why these type of books still exist despite skepticsm growing,some still find guidance on them and everyone should accept goodness wherever they come from.
