I couldn't make enough sense of this to be confident in translating it (what's with the rollers in the wall?) but what I did get is they're both trying to pull themselves forwards so they can press the switch on the box in front of them—it opens the lid of the box so they can get the key and unlock the harness and opens the floor of the box on the other side.

There are two women connected by the rubber rope through a hole in the wall with rollers, as depicted in the bottom left and top right. The vibrators are powered by electromagnetic waves, so they don't ever turn off. The harder the women pull, the deeper the vibrators get pushed in.

The writing near the yellow box with the key inside explains that if they push the switch, the key to unlock themselves will be released from the box. But at the same time, the other woman's key will fall through the flap at the bottom and become stuck. The other woman won't be able to escape from her bindings.

@ #2046752 If they get closer to the wall, they have to let go of the grips. By letting go of the grips, 1) the other girl will have an easier time grabbing the key (prisoner's dilemma), 2) they'll be pulled towards the wall by the rubber harness line, where they can no longer grab the grips if they change their mind, and 3) the vibrators will still be in place, even though they won't be in as deep as needed to grab the key.
