Looks totally Japanese. Yep. Her hair and eye color are a mere stylistic choice, nothing to do with real life blue-eyed, blonde girls. Nope.
I love manga and anime, but denying that many Japanese have a love-hate relationship with Western bodies is to deny the obvious.
