There should be a reverse_rape tag or something. It's hard to find the women doing the raping, and "femdom" doesn't quite cover it

You can not reverse the act of rape. Men and women have been raping one another forever. To reverse it, means there is a "normal" or "standard" way of doing it. Just add a tag that says male_rape, problem sloved.
And I'm sure he was joking about women unable to rape. Unless he was referring to the fact that they can't because of how the law is written.
