A little late, but she's drinking amazake. It's a sweet fermented rice drink. It's usually very low alcohol, less than 1% in most cases. Although I've never heard of it IRL, it's a common joke especially in anime and manga to have some people that are ultra lightweights with alcohol to get drunk off amazake.
