It depends on the artist, if he likes to draw futa, why not. Because you don't like it? When you draw something you need to like it, or you'll lose motivation asap.
Always if you're not on a commission, but that's a matter of money, not preferences.

Actually, ive seen this artist before, and shes a trans woman, as in, an actual woman, who actually has a penis, and likes to draw women who also have a penis, fucking other women(who most of the time, also have a penis) :|
