The reason why Gust and Nippon ichi (Nisa if your from the west) do not appeal in future hyperdimension neptunia games is because Nis America the company that Nippon ichi (Nisa) based on is no longer the publisher for the western release games and for Gust the company Gust Corporation that she is based has been absorbed by temco-koei.

I thought Nisa was mainly cause of Nippon Ichi and Compile Heart having some kind of falling out due to workers or something?, Thus they don't really get along anymore thus the reasons Nisa isn't showing up anymore.

Anon 2 is correct. There was a falling out between the two.
In fact, a lot of Nippon Ichi's old staff moved on to Compile Heart/Idea Factory.

They should change Nisa's name and have her now represent the old employees that moved from Nippon Ichi to Idea Factory and Compile Heart
