That red part isn't her hair, it's a headdress. If you give her a head accessory it sometimes replaces the headdress altogether. You can also buy that headdress for other characters to wear.

So the red_hair and multicolored_hair tags don't actually go with her pictures. headdress or hair_ornament would be more accurate.
