There are myths that Succubi came about from Fallen Angels, so this could be Morrigan's bloodline being redeemed and made Holy again.

Also: Fun Fact, Lilith was originally developed several different ways, including an Angelic Sister of Morrigan, Half-Angel, and even Hermaphrodite or Trap Male.
