That an't the Rogue Titan that's the Eren Titan, look at the jaw line. And as it's Eren, it can't really be rape since Mikasa's whole character is wanting Eren to do A LOT of things to her... So I think Eren having a giant tongue against her vag, would be something Mikasa would REALLY willing.
