I can't read the text but I get what's happening. The first two girls are invade bosses in a dungeon, and the first attack they do is try to bind the player's active skills for 5 turns. Bastet's team in the second panel is immune to that (the icon in the corner is the Skill Bind Reduction).

So the final panel has those two girls walking away after throwing down the jewels that are the normal loot for beating them.
