Man, I remember her. Short but sweet career. She went hardcore for a very brief moment before disappearing.

The hardcore / gonzo / bdsm scene is really demanding, and some studios use up and spit out girls quickly.

The problem is that customers want to see more and more outrageous stuff, but they also usually want to see the same girls taking it (unlike normal porn, where customers usually want a fresh supply of new faces all the time). A model will end up with a fan base that loves the way she reacts to scenes (moans, squeals, etc) and her features (tits, butt, etc).

The studios often start out a bit softcore on them, but they make it pretty clear that if the model can't keep up she's gonna get replaced. So, the model feels stuck.. maybe they have soft and hard limits... but they let the studio push them, b/c if they don't they will get replaced.

The very nature of gonzo / bdsm / hardcore is to toss women into a situation where men have all the control and treat women like complete crap and have their way with them. And, while porn is supposed to be like wwe wrestling, fake and scripted, the behind-the-scenes studio often starts to get the same mentality used in the scenes.. women are just throw-away objects to be pushed until broken, then use them up until they don't make any more money and toss them away.

There are some women that love hardcore. They're just wired to love being treated roughly. And, some use it as therapy. They cry real tears and really put themselves into the scene as if they're nothing but a sex object for men to get slapped around, and they deserve it. They often need a coming-down period after the scene where they get comforted and reassured that it was all a scene. (in bdsm, after-care is a big thing.. b/c it's good to treat a person rough when they want it.. humiliate them, etc.. but it's important to build them back up after you've broken them down with reassurannce, validation that they're a good person, etc.) Some studios don't do this. They think the models are just robots, able to just turn the tears on and off on demand. Use them up one scene, then hose them off and start filming the next scene in 10 minutes. "Why are you still crying? The scene is over! Get with the program!"

Models that start out with a normal career may get talked into hardcore / bdsm / gonzo, b/c it's more lucrative.. but higher pay = higher demand / risk. And the studios may start soft on them, so they think "this isn't so bad.. I guess I don't mind getting tied up, called a 'whore', treated like shit..."

But, there's often a moment in a scene where you can tell someone breaks. It's often slapping. Slapping is a very personal, demeaning thing. So, the model may be acting all the way up until a slap to the face and some spit chucked at her. And then shit gets real for her. And she realizes she can't do this anymore. B/c it's a slipperty slope, the next scene will be even more demanding, and she has to worry about both her physical and mental health (the scenes are very demanding of both... these models don't exactly get free healthcare and mental care from the studios).

Some models realize that they had fun when they were younger, but the career doens't mesh with other pursuits, like school, family, other work. So, they have to stop. There's still the stigma of disrespect in society about people that do porn. And if someone finds out a person did gonzo or hardcore.. it can ruin a person's alternate career or ostracize them from their family.

The other issue is that there is always a new set of fresh faces showing up every year.. so, it's easy for studios to get into a mentality to just use a model up and go get another. But, from a business perspective, it makes no sense. B/c if you have a model that can do certai things and fans like her, it's as if she's already "trained". A studio could waste time and money grinding thorugh 100 more models trying to find a new "work horse". But, the problem there is they do that, b/c they're actually MAKING MONEY by grinding through those 100 models.. each one is a film the sell. So, they're not losing money on "training costs" like a normal business.

It's just kind of a shitty way the business works. Women feel held hostage to the demands of the studio or they get replaced. And it can use you up and spit you out if you're not careful. Not all studios are like this. There's some ran by former porn stars that focus on the well-being of the participants. But, there's a lot of porn studios that just don't give a shit.

Japanese porn is also a bit of an underground thing. It's mainstream, but the yakuza has their hands in everything, and they view women old-school... women are just things to serve men, to be used up and spit out if it serves the man's purpose. So, you get mafia-run porn studios.. and they will quickly burn through a models career. Get her hooked on drugs to keep her around.. toss her out when used up, b/c there's another set of high school girls coming off the conveyer belt to pick from.
