Futanari characters are considered to be neither male nor female. Futanari having sex with males is not considered yaoi, futanari having sex with females is not considered yuri, and futanari having sex with anyone is not considered straight. Instead, futanari has its own tags for this: "futa_with_male", "futa_with_female", and "futa_with_futa".
By the way, there are only two sexes. Gender and sex are different, with sex being your actual biological state (strictly speaking, it refers to which chromosomes you have, but it's often used to refer simply to what genitals someone has), while gender instead refers to behaviors and social roles, and as such is an entirely human-made social construct. Since it's human-made, humans can make more of them, though since it's a social construct we'd need to actually agree on them for it to really be legit. That's currently up in the air for real life, but at the moment, futanari and newhalf being considered to be a part of a separate gender(s) is almost universally accepted among its target demographic, so that's just how it is.

The blacklist is available to everyone, by the way. You do not need to register an account to use it; all you need to do is use a browser that supports cookies. Simply click "My account" on the top toolbar and then "Options" to access the blacklist.
You can blacklist any tag to completely stop any results with that tag from showing up in searches. They'll be covered with a grey "Blacklisted" box on the main listing, too.

Stop tag poisoning, don't remove the newhalf tag, it's used to identify and locate such images, otherwise users won't be abl!e to find what they're looking for.
