Well, considering they chose to put Braixen instead of Delphox, it's obvious it was added due to its popularity. Which is mostly on the internet. Where like 90% of the time it's a female. So I'm positive this Braixen is meant to be considered female.

the "BOY " point is basically a Karate chop that ends when ur arm is extended directly in front of you on a horizontal plane, pointing at someone about to be roasted, either for a previous error, or for a recently discovered error about their shoes or appearance
