Villains don't tend to live very long in the one-punch universe.
If she survives her first meeting with Saitama then she'll probably show up again otherwise she's mulch

Since she has basically replaced Goddess Gloasses from the Webcomic in the Manga, Do-S will probably fight and be killed by Sweet Mask in the Monster Raid arc, since Sweet Mask one-shotted her by slamming her head into a wall and crushing it.

All the lame Monster Association executives who got one-shotted were replaced by similar but different characters. Two evil robots called Gale and Hellfire were turned into generic ninjas in the Manga, and as for how Do-S and Glasses Goddess were similar, she had the power to turn people into love slaves with a love-beam. Another one-shotted Monster Executive was The Great Food Tub, by Pig God.

Since there are some monsters left, I kinda want them to form a vigilante group, and I'd like Do-S to be in it. There are two other surviving monsters but I've spoilered enough all ready.
