1. We don't know she's the strongest even amongst the currently known characters. There are other female angels as well.

2. You must not watch Dragon Ball Super. She is far beyond universal. Unless you mean White Phoenix of the Crown when you say Jean Grey, none of who you posted is even a fraction of her power.

I think I must disagree with you. While Vados Whis and the other Angels are extremely powerful. I doubt Vados or Whis powers are Beyond Universal. That's overstretching it a bit.

You forget there a plenty of Marvel D.C Cosmic Beings who would outclass most of the DBZ/GT/S World. Living Tribunal Galactus The Specter Darkseid The Anti-Monitor Franklin Richards Silver Surfer The Endless Lucifer Morningstar The Beyond Omega Level Mutants like The Marque Of Death. Both D.C and Marvel versions of Death. This list goes on. Plus their are plenty of immeasurably powerful Matter Manipulators and Reality Manipulators. Non of the characters except for a few can Bend Reality or Matter on a Galaxy Level. So yeah she is can't Warp Reality.
