People looking for yuri are generally not the same people looking for futa. If they wanted to see futa, they would have searched for it. If they wanted to see straight-up yuri, they'd search for that. And generally people searching for standard yuri don't consider futa as part of that (nearly all the time, in fact), in fact, argue all you want, but most people would say futa is not yuri.
And THAT, my friends, is the reason the tags exist. Try to keep in mind how people will be searching when you tag things.

you can blacklist the tag of futa so that when yuri is searched for, any yuri with the futa tag won't be seen. So the yuri tag can be rightfully put on futanauri pics when the women with a cock is with other women.

Just because people may not like futa with girls doesn't stop it from being yuri.
