No, that's Ruby, not Summer. This is from artist Kuma's alternate universe doujin called Henceforward. This is Ruby and Weiss from it in their mid to late twenties.

Check out the character design pages. Ruby doesn't have her old Crescent Rose because she got injured near her spine and that limits how much weight she can lift.
