I think this was made for one of the many many many Undertale fan-made alternate universes, where this one is like everyone is members of a castle court or some shit.

TBH I don't really see this as Undyne's getup as ruler of the underground haha. She's more of the practical type as far as combat and whatnot, so makes sense that her 'ruler' gear would be more practical too.

Not that this isn't a great outfit.
