Ichi, Ni, San, Shi (1,2,3,4)
If you don't get the joke, it's from a variety show segment in which a gaijin (foreigner) explains what gaijin think about kanji. The kanji/hanzi for 1,2, and 3 are simple tally marks. The kanji for 4 is not, and has 5 strokes, the kanji for 5 has 4 strokes. Why Chinese people, why!?
