If no one understands, this Lux main is talking about the Gardens update that allows the lookup of other players and how it's easy to find someone since you can narrow your searches.

Also can I just take a second to cough up blood with those builds on Jinx?

I haven't played Jinx for too long (Mastery 6 in 1 month) but you don't build full tank on Jinx. Just. Never.
