Only Drawcia and Marx choose to willingly go after power for nothing but conquest. I wouldn't call that corruption on their behalf as that's what they were after in the first place. Queen Sectonia and Magolor on the other hand had no such desire and were corrupted by an external source that wanted conquest through them, Dark Meta Knight for Sectonia and the Master Crown for Magolor.
