Its lilith. A little more research and you would've expected this.
I can think of at least 3 other fucked-to-death scenes in their games, though 2 of them are non canon and one of them is semi-canon.

There seems to be a bunch of talking cut out, mostly just shots of the top hat guy's face, so if they put audio back in it'd probably be all over the place. Also the guy wont stop talking about "you're gonna suffer and die" bullshit so subtitles are a no go too.
