While I am totally okay with people seeing themselves as whatever gender they wish to identify as, I think it's important to recognize how language is used in different contexts.

I have no problem with people using words like "female", "woman" and/or "girl" as a way to refer to a person's gender identity, but I hope you realize that you will never be rid of their alternate meaning. "Female", "woman" and "girl" have been used to refer to biological gender for far, far longer and will likely never stop being used to refer to that due to their relevance in a scientific context.

The question we really should ask ourselves is which meaning of the words "female", "woman" and "girl" we want to invoke in the context of Gelbooru. When looking for porn, is it more helpful to use those words as a way to search for people of a particular gender identity, or are they better used to search for people of a specific biological gender?
