That's cupid if I'm not mistaken from monster girl quest, anon. She's an angel type of monster girl. It's pretty monster girl lite in terms of design, but the girl's personality is pretty much in line with the rest of them.

that is correct, the further you progress through the game the more the angel class look like monsters. IMO they actually look uglier than most monsters mid and late game
