Why was that comment downvoted? It was a joke about how when Azura wears this outfit in the game, NO ONE recognizes her, despite it being no different from her normal outfit besides the color and the transparent veil, not to mention her voice, the song she sings, and the floor-length blue hair.

Some people have no sense of humor.
