Looks like a mixture of sagging and getting bigger. Keep in mind it's possible for a woman's breasts to grow into their 20s. It happens at times. It's not all that common, but it happens.

To anyone wondering about her bust increase, I recall reading somewhere she has gigantomastia.

For the looks of it, she enjoys working as a JAV actress, and she seems to be proud of her assets. But I believe she should undergo a breast reduction.

I know I'm going to get flak for this, but... If her breasts keep increasing in size, she's going to have health issues in the future (specially regarding her back) :I
