That wouldnt be any good Metallavery.
because with the defeat of japan in WWII we told them they cant have shit for military and only a small policing force. (SDF)
So basically without their interest in entertainment rather then military research or maybe some other sort of branch for the expendature in $ then we'd be without Miku and great other breakthroughs that are coming to the US in waves.

If only WWII re-enactments had this many girls...that would be fun! I mean, it doesn't say it's a re-enactment, but there weren't female soldiers in the Imperial Army...nowadays I've seen ladies who do participate in such mock battles (yes, there are chicks who like guns, too). I participate in some Pacific War re-enactments (sort of odd considering we're on the Atlantic here, lol) but we don't have very many female re-enactors (the most I've seen in an event is 3).
And on a side note, I tend to get stuck as the IJA because I own an Arisaka-99 and other imperial militaria. That'd be all good and fine if I didn't keep getting "killed in action". D:
Also, I do a good Japanese accent. Dunno why.
