Actually she really isn't nice. She's from a doujin called "Ashidorei Shoujo" (which translates into footslave girl) and in it she blackmailed and enslaved the head of the diciplinary committee and made her into her slave and actually ended up mindbreaking her. So she's actually evil.

The artist is Hiatari Dining, but due to my not being able to read Japanese I don't know the names of any of the characters.
If there's some kind soul out there who could translate this very hot looking doujin it would be much appriciated.
