at the left of bardock is, i think, a dad from one of the early dragon quest games. 3 maybe?

and at his left, is the father of Dai from Dragon Quest Dai (or Fly)

also, there is the father of vegeta, also named vegeta

Actually, it looks like all (except one, the usual intruder) are not mearly dads, but dads that have done a poor job at raising their kids, intentionnally or not. That's why you see Jotaro Kujo but not Joseph Joestar, for one (although Joseph was still elictible because of Josuke). That's also why you see Bardock but not King Vegeta, as the King did raise his son for the few years he could do so, at least according to how sayian royalty was to be raised back then.

The intruder, i believe, would be the character from Dr Slump, spotted at the bottom row, center column of the picture. Just like similar pics from this artists, there's always one intruder clashing with the general theme of the pic, and here this would be it. A happy father figure that is raising his robotic daughter (and family) best he can everyday, said daughter displaying great hapiness as a result... It's not a failure as a father figure, it's a great success. :)

No idea, don't know that one. I do know for sure that one way or another there's one intruder and one only, meaning i could be wrong about the Dr Slump character too. ;)
