D.va is the least played hero on overwatch, she was nerfed so bad made her so weak to all other heroes, even zenyatta can 1vs1 her easy.

You probably aren't using her right then. I've had no problems using her post patch.

D.va goes down easily against concentrated team fire, but you can still 1v1 a Reaper or Roadhog if you get in their face. The key is to pick your fights and go all in when you see an opportunity. If you can't melee your opponent, you aren't close enough.
