This isn't Charlotte - it's Praline, an (as of this post) recently introduced character.

'Charlotte' is the family name of Big Mom, the Pirate Emperor with a bunch of candy-themed islands. Her name's Charlotte Linlin, and all her children, adopted or otherwise, are part of her family.

This here is Charlotte Praline, a (presumably) adopted hammerhead mermaid - and she has to be under 30, as mermaids legs split at that point.

...Oda's world is weird.

Madame Shirley can't be beaten but Praline's still hot - big, sassy but affectionate, and I have to agree about the freckles. Also like Shirley, she seems to love barely covering dresses :D

It's really hard to accept that most of the family is half human when they're related to big mom. Is anyone here convinced that big mom's a human? Or even half human?
