^ Given their age difference - Roadhog is almost twice older - I'd say more like Bulk and Spike (Skull's son in Power Rangers Samurai)

Or this just could be a picture of the two crossing from one country to another. With the rampages they go on they'd have to move around a lot, and when they cross borders they'd have to do so inconspicuously. The benefit of their unusual weapons is that they could disassemble them and pass them off as machine parts or other tools. Roadhog's face is pretty unknown, they'd just have to make sure Junkrat doesn't mug a camera.
