To what I can find, only on tumbler does the artist go by the name Sandcavern, but the artist has another account there called Sandcasket. Sand is the name the artist go by on Pixiv, Patreon, Picarto, and DeviantArt (as well as Sandcasket)

I would say the tag for the artist should be Sand, but that tag has already been taken. What about Sand_(sandcasket) or Sand_(Sandcavern)?
