Hate to say it, but timeline wise, this makes no sense at all. Pharah is 32 and McCree is 37.

So when she was baby, McCree would only be five years old.

You all need to remember that McCree was an outlaw before Overwatch took him in so there is a chance that the records for him are off a bit.
