Rocksteady's Red Hood is the best Red Hood design by far! He even wears a literal red hood so his name actually makes sense.
DC should take inspiration from Rocksteady for Red Hood's main design.

you do realize Red Hood was a hint right? Red Hood was originally Joker before he became The Joker. The Joker killed Jason Todd, when he came back after the Lazarus Pit trauma, he took the name to signal both Joker and Batman. But hey, go ahead and pick on the name cause it doesn't fit the clothing aesthetic usually, while you are at it, go rant about Aquaman not being made of water.
