Any modern (Mid WW2 and later) tank would wreck the shit out of the titans.

The only reason the cannons in the series aren't always effective is because they're essentially bombards, with very poor accuracy.

A WW2 tank like the IV F2 here would one shot titans through the neck from 1000+ meters away no problem.

Altough to be fair, the armour would be wasted. The same cannons mounted on lighter vehicles would be a cheaper and faster alternative. The armour just wouldn't be needed against anyone other than the ape titan.

Yeah, M18 Hellcats. fast as shit with a fast firing accurate gun. Heck, the 50 BMG could probably take out some of the smaller ones.

To be honest, i don't even think you'd need a vehicle. Put a guy in any sufficiently fortified position (e.g. on top of the walls) and give him a minigun.

Those things would literally saw off a titan's head and mulch the "weak spot" without even leaving the ground.

Though, you could mount it on an armored vehicle like a jeep or any typical apc and just drive around back, shooting at them until they're decapitated.
