this is cool an all, but i'm pretty sure lancer artoria's lance was always demonic and not a corrupted holy weapon.

No, the lance or spear is a holy relic on the same level as Excalibur. It's a weapon of the planet itself and holy in nature like all weapons of that type are. The other Arturia lancer has simply been corrupted so it's gone dark like all holy relics can.
