just for a clue : Snow-White in french (the words are reversed) is Blanche-neige
heres the thing with french word : they can be gendered

Blanche is feminine
Blanc is masculine
both means white

Except Kozaki is the only one who ever, and I mean EVER stated anything regarding Blanche's gender in an official capacity. He said that it was open to your interpretation. No one else gave him a gender- no one at Niantic, and the Japanese descriptions use gender neutral pronouns for Blanche.

In other words, it's open to interpretation, and frankly, unless we're seeing genitals, we can't properly label Blanche one way or the other as a boy or a girl.
