This pic is actually mild compared to some guro content on this site. However, it's quite understandable that guro is NOT for everybody. If you can't stand light guro like this one, i recommend adding the guro tag to your black list...

Also applies to other cruelty-related tags, there are several of those on this pic to give you ideas what to blacklist if you so desire. ;)
