The assertion that anyone is pissing in this comic appears to rely entirely on the text, which begs the question: Why couldn't the person who categorized it as such also translated it?

It was uploaded by danbooru, a bot(?) which automatically adds any tags the picture already had on danbooru.

Long story short: You're complaining in the wrong place. Find this same pic on danbooru, and complain over there if it's not translated.
