The Ducklett is a stand-in for the traditional rubber ducky.

I think Latios is trying to peek in on the female side, note the gap at the top of the painting from the ceiling.

This is a Dragon-type only bath, and since the Alolan Exeggutor is a Grass/Dragon type, he pretty much fits in. Only 3 are missing but that might be because they are Mega-Evols, Mega Charizard X, Mega Sceptile and Mega Ampharos.
