No bull to Anon above me because I've never seen this dude before in the episodes. I highly doubt that's the bf that was going to propose to her before becoming mutated into a monster by the bad dudes. I'll have to agree this has to be a cosplay pic or some fan artist did a sick job in editing himself in with similar art style.

@584370 - Not to burst you tiny bubble, but how do you know for sure? How do you know this wasn't an idea the creator(s) had, but haven't added it to the series? If this is edited, find me the original, or STFU.
