Because some people hate feet. They dont take the time to learn how to draw them, they cut them out of their pictures and sometimes they just draw extra hands.

This picture is very disturbing. Could have been great though.

MAybe he wanted to go with the long toes look but ????????‍♂️ Not sure but this could have been a nice foot job photo but when ya pay attention to the left foot it can be a bit of a turn off
