honestly? it feels extra painful at first, so start small and get used to it. the easiest way is to get the smallest toy you can buy, OR get the smallest catheter and use that until you get used to it. you will piss fire for a while, but after that, it shouldn't matter.
also, if after the 3rd try you still don't feel it, don't do it anymore. it's not for you.
it's difficult and it will hurt. however once you get used to it, oh my gawd...
