The one with the level 80 tree creature.
As one point Demiurge punches Albedo in the stomach and she doesn't even register that she's been hit. If I recall correctly, this was after she had tanked Cocytus strongest skill so she was already weakened.
Demiurge is astounded at that point by her muscles.

No, he was astounded by her defensive power. She's the strongest defensive tank in Nazarick, bar none. It just isn't apparent when you look at her because she's all curves. Ainz comments on it when she sits on his lap, that she's so soft that he wonders if she has any muscles at all, and then boggles when he considers that despite that she's still one of the more ridiculously potent melee fighters around.

I think what was actually trying to be stated (from an author and viewer perspective) with Albedo's appearance but oddly massive strength, is that she's from a video game where appearances really don't mean much. Remember when Ainz bear hugged that one crazy chick to death? That's what I'm referring to in terms of them being from a video game.
